Ailsa has grown from its fairly modest beginnings some 14 years ago to become a well-established and respected company in the External Refurbishment of the Local Authority housing stock. We carry out work for a variety of local authorities in Central Scotland and pride ourselves in being able to complete projects, whatever the size, on time and within budget.

Our formula for an efficient operation, client satisfaction and the provision of best value can be summarised quite simply:

• A permanent stable workforce with the correct level of skills and expertise for the type of contracts undertaken – currently 170 employees.
• Maintaining all trades in-house for a greater level of control and flexibility.

• Maintaining close links with all our suppliers to ensure highest levels of service – a prompt and reliable payment regime being an essential part of this relationship.
